Last day of Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll in or make changes to your benefits for the next plan year, which starts January 1, 2024.
Enrollment is mandatory for everyone—you must enroll even if you are not making changes to your benefits.

• All employees are required to verify their tobacco status. If you cover a spouse, you must verify your spouse’s tobacco status as well.
• You must verify spousal status and complete the Spousal Employer Health Care Affidavit. If you do not complete it by November 15, your spouse will be removed from coverage as of January 1, 2024.
